Refund Policy

Premium members refund policy

Membership may be cancelled by the Member within 7 days of paying the Subscription Fee, at which point the Member shall receive a full refund of the Subscription Fee provided that the Member has not carried out any of the activities as set out in Clause 3.12 of our terms and conditions.

Please note
Refunds for premium memberships will generally not be given for complaints or issues with regards to bookings, such as complaints of companion or agency services (refunds will only be considered in relation to the premium services).
