The experience was deplorable. She arrived visibly tense and uncommunicative. Twenty minutes into what was clearly agreed as a two-hour session on Smooci, she announced—without any prior disclosure—that she would be leaving after one hour because she had accepted another appointment for her other massage job. The timing of this revelation was plainly manipulative; had she stated this upfront, the matter could have been resolved immediately. Placed in an unreasonable position, I agreed to continue. What followed could hardly be called a session. Her massage was distracted, perfunctory, and mechanical, interrupted by her constant attention to a phone that was silently ringing. She explained that it was her boss calling. At that point, it was evident that her priority was elsewhere, and I told her it was best that she leave. She then spent roughly ten minutes in the bathroom preening before exiting. The entire encounter—from arrival to departure—lasted approximately 35 minutes. Since she had not taken the payment placed on the table, I asked what was due. She responded by offering a 15% “discount” on her one-hour rate, which she seemed to regard as generous. The gesture was as inappropriate as the service itself. Her unprofessional behavior borders on dishonesty.
